Shipping Policy
  • At, we know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers and in-house services to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
  • Depending upon the location, the product is expected to delivered to you within 3-7 days from dispatch date.
  • We don't entertain cancellation and refund circumstances by customers.
  • Free shipping is available on order above Rs. 8000/- and order below would attract an additional fee of Rs. 80/-
  • The order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.              

Cancellation Policy
  • reserves the right to cancel any order, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

How To Return?
  • You can conveniently place your return request if you've received an item in a 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' state. Returns and replacements are accepted within 15 days from the delivery of items.To return a product, you can email us at [email protected] with the following information.
  • 1. Order ID
  • 2. Reason for returning the item
  • Post receiving your request, Medilord’s Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be adequately packaged. Products relate to personal hygiene and self-care are non-returnable, they are single use patient items. No hygiene Product can be returned if the package has been opened.The final decision of the request will lie with Medilord and cannot be contested.

When and on what terms you can return the shipment?
  • At Medilord, we are committed to make your purchase experience as seamless and delightful as possible.
  • Medilord allows return of products for 5 days after delivery in all the following cases:
  • 1.Product is defective, used, altered.
  • 2.Physical damage to the product.
  • 3.Please ensure that the product is in unused and in original condition, with the seal unbroken and includes everything from the package e.g. price tags, labels, original packing, invoice and other items.
